My wife and I recently bought our first home with Ara's help. He made the entire process a breeze. We were able to find a house much nicer than we had hoped for, and Ara helped us buy it under asking price, closing 10 days early. The market in southern California is extremely competitive, but Ara knew exactly how to make our offer appealing compared with the many all-cash offers out there.

I'm really impressed with Ara's people skills. From a few conversations, he was able to understand exactly what was important to everyone involved and helped us reach a deal that everyone was pleased with. He has connections with many other people in the industry: he connected us with a mortgage agent we really liked, and arranged an inspection that was very thorough.

Ara was always very responsive, well-prepared, and he anticipated every problem we might run into. I'd strongly recommend Ara to anyone thinking of purchasing a home in the area.
